Integrity Organic Farms started as the Jansma Farm back in 1999. We initially started with small vegetable garden. Shortly
thereafter by the Lords provision we acquired 90 additional acres and did 1 year of conventional crops. In 2000 we attended
a conference at Michigan State University on Organics. There, we met a speaker who use to do conventional farming and was
also a Ag chemical salesman. He talk about how he had acquired cancer and realized it was probably from all of the chemicals
he had been exposed to and how he learned the importance of growing organically. After listening to his story, our decision
was made. We immediately started the process of converting to organic!
Integrity organic Farms is also
environmentally friendly we use solar and wind power as well as Soy biodiesel. This is consistent with our commitment to being
good stewards to what the Lord has provided
